Contour tree drawing

The 1st graders are learning about French artist Henri Rousseau and his jungle paintings. They are drawing a forest of trees using outlines, or contours, in glue! This is the first step in our process for this project... stay tuned for more!

Painted Seascapes

Ms. Iliouk's METS class (grades 3,4, and 5) are painting seascapes. They're learning a bit of color theory and are mixing colors to make underwater plants and coral.
